Not really as expected stay for the rate.

✗ Toilet cleanliness could be better. Couple with brighter lightings in the toiled. No hand towels and toilet mattresses. Still using plastic disposable drinking bottles. Should have water dispenser outside.

Passable stay in a hotel that has passed its heyday

✓ Room: For the price we paid, the room is quite spacious, and comes with basic amenities expected in a 3-4 star hotel. Location: It's close to the centre of Kuantan. Walking distance to convenience store and eateries. Staff: The staff are friendly.

✗ Cleanliness: Many parts need serious cleaning up. The carpet on the walkway is dirty, full of stains and smells terrible, The bathroom is also dirty, stains everywhere. Its floor seems like it has not been cleaned for awhile. The air-cond is not working properly. It does not cool down even after being turned on for hours at high. The hotel maintenance said they were fixing it as the whole hotel had the same issue. In our third night, it seemed to cool down a bit, but perhaps because it rained outside. Overall, it feels like a hotel that has passed its heyday, and is now left to slowly deteriorate. But for budget travelers that are not too fussy with cleanliness, it is still passable.
