Watch out, false information
✓ The pool
✗ We booked this hotel even though it was out of town because as keen cyclists we thought we could cycle around the area on bicycles provided by the property as advertised on Booking.com. However, when we got there we were promptly told they didn’t have bicycles! They didn’t even apologize! At arrival the desk staff confirmed our booking and merely pointed in the direction of our room. Hotel staff were standing around but nobody offered to carry to our room. Needless to say we didn’t leave any tips.
