✓ Staff were extremely pleasant. I booked there at the last minute because my Virgin flight home was cancelled and I couldn't get anything on the mainland. Even so, the staff did what they could to make me feel welcome and that they were glad I had come.
✗ I didn't like Virgin cancelling my flight and booking me on another one more than 24 hours later but that wasn't any of Peppers' doing.

Breakfast is 7am-10:30am daily. We have 3 floors, only an elevator in one building of the standard Hotel and Studio Rooms. You will need to book a Studio Superior (marina views) and confirm your ground floor request with the property directly.

Sealink is the passenger ferry. A short 40m walk to the left of the terminal will bring you to the Resort. You can get around on the island easily by bus. There is a bus stop directly across from the resort. Please note the busses take cash only.

Hello, the 3 Bedroom Apartments and Plunge Rooms have the bath next to beds. The breakfast is a buffet from 7-10:30am.
