✓ The property is 10 minutes from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Quiet, calm, perfect hotel. Great security equipment. Clean, well maintained. The hotel owners are great people. They made us a restaurant reservation in the center. Everything was very good. If I come back, I'll stay here again.

Just what I was looking for.

✓ Staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating of my needs. I needed to drop my bags off in advance, and when I returned that evening they had been moved to my room for me. I needed to be at the airport really early, they organised a taxi for me which picked me up at 0430am on the dot, as requested. The room was clean and tidy beyond my expectations, with an evident attention to detail.
