✓ Good location, the price was what caught my attention. The bedding appeared to be clean.
✗ The upkeep could be better. The room looked rundown. Mold around the bathtub where it meets the wall. Carpet old
✓ Location near freeway entrances was nice. GSA at the desk was pleasant.
✗ Everything seemed antiquated and worn out. 😕 The carpets were heavily stained and worn through in places. The bed sagged and the springs no longer cushioned the body for sleeping. The chair was old and not suitable for sitting, and the desk had gouges in the top. The bedside table looked as though it had been rescued from a college dorm after spring finals week. The bathroom was just as bad: no covering on the light fixture, and lots of rust in the shower and anything metal. Overall, just not what I expected.

✓ The bathroom was big and the shower was amazing. The water pressure was phenomenal and the shower head was tall and strong.
✗ The room smelled like mildew and had a bunch of random holes all over the walls. It also didn’t have a sheet that fit the bed and kept coming off and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. The heating and ac unit smelled horrible when it was on. It seemed that all the exterior doors were out of order or didn’t work, so entering the building was annoying. A lot of the facilities were “out of order” as well.

✗ There was an homeless person in the hall drunk when we arrived. The room was never cleaned , bed changed or towels changed.
✗ The room was shabby and could use refurbishment, Bathroom doorstop is poorly placed. The breakfast offering is nowhere close to what your competition offers.

✗ My room smelled of alcohol in a very strong way. There was only one elevator at the other end of hotel from reception. A big problem when you are lugging your luggage and your key doesn’t work. It took 3 trips to reception to get a key that worked. Very frustrating after a long day .
