✓ The location is very good, very central but far enough to avoid the crowds and the noice. The apartment is very clean and modern. The pool and the backyard were perfect. There's also a private parking just a few minutes away.

✗ The only minor issue was the bathroom.. the bathroom door is very modern but it doesn't close fully, which is a minor design fault in our opinion.

✓ The property is vary spacious and recent. The owner is very accommodating, easy going and most of all helpful with all of the needs. The surroundings of the facility are very quite despite the very active area in which it is situated hence it’s the perfect mix between the eventful vacation and relax. I definitely recommend and in case I came back in the area i will prefer this structure over the others

✓ Owner is super friendly was waiting for us at late arrival. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Perfect location near strip and beach. Pool very well maintained and beautiful back drop of mountains in the background. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou.

✓ Located in a perfect location just a few steps from the main strip, and about 5 minutes from a beach. Also directly across the road from an incredible restaurant called the Brassier, which is very handy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially the cleaning lady who was always at hand with recommendations of places to go and things to do. The pool area of the hotel is gorgeous, with ample sunbeds and a large pool with jacuzzi where we spent most of our day.

✓ This place is as beautiful as on the pictures. I can 100% recommend this place since its in the city center and only a 5 min walk to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The Host was super nice and always made sure you’re okay. We always felt safe at night due to the security guard in the front. The breakfast was simple but always good. The room was super spacious and got cleaned almost every day by the nicest Lady who always put a smile on our faces. If I’d ever go back to Malia I would definitely come back here since it felt like coming home. Thank you so much!!
