✗ A lot of wear and tear all around. The lifts need urgent replacement. The HVAC control is poor. Too cold due to poor. Had to put off the AC in the room. The service in the restaurant is slow. Not value for money.

Overall stay was good.

✓ Room was well made. Facilities inside the room were very good. Shower water was hot. but it took time for water to get heated up. So had to wait for a longer time. Restaurant and bar were very good. DJ music was good. Front office staff were very friendly and cooperative. Didnt take much time to get me the room key.

✗ However, I didnt understand one thing. I was asked to make payment upfront which is very unusual. Even if i arrive late in the evening, a confirmed booking should allow me into the hotel and payment should be taken at the time of leaving. I felt as though there was no belief in the arriving guest. This was a bit disappointing.
