✓ Restaurant staff and food were both top drawer. Good view.
✗ Front desk staff was not helpful. On two days, I asked for a wake-up call Didn't get either. Breakfast was below expectations. Facilities in disrepair.

One of the greatest locations in Puerto Varas in the centre and directly at the lake.
✓ The view over the lake is simply stunning. The breakfast was good including the typical Puerto Varas "Kuchen". Wifi was fast and stable. Everything can be reached by foot.
✗ Cleaning during the stay was not that careful. Not much variation at the breakfast. The equipment of the fitness room was rudimentary, only focused on the pool.

✗ They didn’t have change and I ended up paying 2 dollars more because the staff didn’t bother look for change (both in dollar or peso-equivalent). First time this happens to me at a hotel!!

✓ Everything was fine except low Wifi connection. Kind staffs. Good breakfast(blueberry cake recommended). Clean room with lake view. I really enjoyed to stay in this hotel with my cat.
