✓ The floor was wet on the second day which we did not sure why. I think because of the aircond. The floor parquets were moved a little bit causing my feet hurts

✗ A bit walk to the hillside from the center. Need to take a connection life to the room. House keeping always forget to refill water n amenities. They just refold the used towels

Would recommend it anyone who wanted to stay away from the busyness but wanted to still access the hot spots

✓ The location and the view were amazing. Quiet but accessible to the centre and the beach. The staff were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was good. Pool was lovely. And the hotel had a free shuttle to Karon beach. Overall an amazing and comfortable stay!

✗ We stayed in the triple room. One of the single beds had a blood stain on it but was sorted rather quickly.

✓ Rooms are spacious and very clean, nice staff and very decent breakfast (and they start serving at 6h30am, which is amazing when like me you have early morning plans) . Although the hotel is not directly at the beach, they offer transfer every hour which is quite convenient. Very nice stay overall.

✗ Food doesn't get delivered to your room, you need to order from other place and pick up at reception. Hotel could have some taxi number to help arranging car in case Grab / other apps is not available.

✓ Loved this place - would recommend to all! The service on arrival was amazing, providing us with a fresh, cold drink and arranging for our bags to be taken to our rooms. We got a room upgrade and the rooms were pristine, with big balconies overlooking the pool and had a space to dry clothes. Tea/coffee/kettle provided was a bonus. The gym was basic but personally didn’t need much more. The pool space was very nice and the staff were super attentive, even taking drinks orders from the pool and bringing drinks out. We had breakfast one of the days which was a buffet consisting of both hot and cold food and drinks - all absolutely brilliant. The hotel is situated on a hill and around a twenty minute walk from the beach but as such the hotel runs a free shuttle to and from the beach and there are restaurants/bars all along the hill if you don’t want to walk as far down as the beach of an evening so it really is ideally located. Would love to go back - we adored this place.
