✗ There was a dead Lizard in the pool. The staff did nothing about it. AC of one villa was not working. I was promised a discount on F&B and later they said there was a miscommunication. Really very bad service.

Hello Ms Caroline, certainly most of our villa only has 2 floors, and the bedroom area, private pool, living room, kitchen and rest room are in the 1st floor, in the second floor is only a private balcony

Hello, Good Morning from Nunamkhalu Villa, for the facilities almost the same, but in superior villa have a view with surrounding village and closer to the lobby, in standard villa, there is no view and a little bit far from lobby
