✓ I spent one night withy my family during April. The place is very confortable, with huge rooms full of beautiful decorations. Good wifi, delicuous breakfast and lovely staff :) The position is perfect to visit the center of the city and close to anything you need. Fully recomended!!

✓ The staff were wonderful, bilingual and very helpful. They helped us arrange some tours, and one of them even spent time chatting with my son about poetry. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was quiet and a very short walk to everything that we needed.

✗ I arranged my arrival time according to this hotel checkin time, on my way to the hotel, I got message from the hotel asking about my arrival time and replied with 2-3PM, and I was told that the reception service there will be no reception service after 4PM. I arrived around 3PM, and the door was locked, I knocked on the door for a while finally a cleaning lady who understand no English opened the door for me, and handled the checkin. The room assigned to me looks like an addition, the toilet was not working, I had to fixed it myself but the water fills back very slowly. I noticed that there were no other people in the hotel besides the cleaning lady and me, I asked to change the room as there were plenty rooms not occupied. The host said I have to pay more even though the room I wanted to change to is also single bed, then I asked to leave with cancellation penalty as I can’t stay in a hotel without any service and people. the host agreed and I found another good one nearby. I think this one is a hostal, not hotel from facility and service perspectives.
