Exceptional stay

✓ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a great experience. From the comfortable room to the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast, every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff at the hotel deserves special commendation. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The hotel offered a fantastic breakfast spread with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The location of the hotel is a shopper's dream come true. The mere five-minute walk through a private bridge to the shopping mall couldn't have been more convenient.

✗ The rooms in the Sandton towers could be more modern. They feel a bit dated.

Despite initial issues with check in , stay was wonderful

✗ Check in was a bit of a problem as I was asked to wait at reception from when I arrived until check in time (4 hours) without even a glass of water offered .

A quiet and wonderful stay

✓ The comfort of the rooms, the restaurant, the access to the mall and the friendliness of the staff

✗ The fact that they initially moved me to Towers instead of the Sun as i had booked.

We serve a full English breakfast with bubbly on the side.

Do you have procedures in place for load shedding?

Yes we do have back up generators that feed the entire cluster from Sandton Convention center, Sandton Sun & Towers Hotel, Sandton City Mall and most neighboring areas including street lights.

Are windows in the room possible to open or are they locked?

They do slightly open

Do you have any rooms with washing machine?

We are a hotel with full laundry services at an additional cost.
