Fabulous
✓ Great location near downtown. Dinner at restaurant was very tasty. Friendly staff. For some reason my middle name was put as part of last name, making reservation hard to look up. But reception was really helpful to get it solved.
✗ Parking lot van get full near end of evening. Booking.com lists tax rate of 17%, but HST is 15% and accommodation tax is 4%, so should probably be listed as 19%.

✗ no parking available when I returned late in evening. was suggested by staff to park in back of hotel late at night. I did not appreciate that. eventually a solution was created as I was going to switch to another property lights by bedside were not working
