We had a great time there ! But …
✓ The staff very friendly, the food choice in main restaurant, the pool choice for adult and kids and the seafront. The room was big and clean but not as confortable see other section
✗ Room door, you can hear everyone and everything in hallway from walk steps to chat/cries and door banging… this is not normal. The double bed was two single beds separated from each others that’s odd. All inclusive drinks were not good at all

✓ Fabulous room overlooking the ocean. Large, clean, comfortable with everything that we needed. Large resort but attentive staff and buggies get you to where you need to be.

✓ It was my second stay and the hotel keeps very high standards in every area. The manager and the team are doing a great job! The location is absolutely amazing. Everything is great.

✓ - The new renovations are good, the bathrooms are well equipped with products, hairdryer, etc. - They have tried to make it as Covid-secure as possible (e.g. disposable gloves required for buffet), a wide selection of food. - It’s very convenient for families and people looking for an easy/no fuss stay. - Very close to the airport/port.
✗ - It’s extremely hot this summer and there’s poor / little air conditioning in the lobbies and communal spaces. The bedroom air conditioning is not very strong so a word of caution if you find it difficult to sleep in the heat. - Reception was understaffed so there was a long queue when we arrived and everyone was sweating. - Unfortunately reception were not very helpful, maybe because they don’t have enough staff... you feel like you are bothering them... not good customer service for €200+ a night. - Some of the glasses were dirty in the buffet area.

Please note that there is no extra cost for the child of 2 years. Therefore either you book a double occupancy for 2 Adults or a room for 2 Adults+ 1 child same price applies. Kindly note that room type Annex cannot accept children or babies.
