Very good stay, I would come back to this hotel in the future.

✓ Freindly helpful staff, large room, nice aspect. very clean tidy room.

✗ Sometime breakfast was not completely ready at 7am.

✓ the staff is very attentive and customer oriented. Raquel and Pauline are outstandingly good and always try to do their utmost to make clients happy and make sure they feel welcome. Haven‘t seen this kind of dedication very often. Breafast is good with a great variety. Some of the staff try to make up for their lack of understanding of the English language with creativity. Cook‘s restaurant very good with slightly oversized portions but good value for money and cheaper than the inhouse restaurant

very nice staying in Osorno, one of the top hotel of the region

✓ very nice hotel, super clean and big rooms, staff very friendly and the location is nearby the city center. We recomend the hotel to families but also to business travellers. the hotel is located into a casino center with restaurants and amenities.

✗ the hotel is listed as a 5 stars but it's not; the rate for the services is correct but the rooms are quite hold even if super cleaned and big.

✓ Good location 15 mins walk from the centre of Osorno. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
