✓ Good spacious rooms with a kitchenette, clean spacious bathroom. The breakfast offered lots of choice options with great coffee! The location is good - walking distance from the Rainbow street. The staff is beyond helpful and sweet!

Very pleasant and very likely I’ll stay there again in my next trip to Amman.
✓ Staff friendliness and prompt service
✗ There was hot water issue for few hours one day which took too long to repair on Friday . Was critical as we had to attend a wedding. Was solved at 6:30 pm after which we took our showers and attend a 7:00pm wedding at 7:45 eventually .
