✓ Unbeatable view of the Temple of Garni from the room as well as during breakfast. Staff was friendly.
✗ Breakfast was really basic and only served at 10:00. This is not a joke: they will inform you at check-in. Simply forget about an early start. It's not possible to get the room completely dark.
✓ Extremely nice property. Everything was perfect. Super clean place. Great breakfast. The views on the gorge, the valley and Garni temple from the backyard balcony were fantastic. There is an onsite restaurant where you can eat. Lot's of fruit trees (apples, peaches, plums, etc.) in the beautiful and calm backyard.
✗ The night before, I was told the breakfast was served at 10am, which I find late., especially when you want to visit, hike or take a morning bus. I came down at 9:15am to enjoy the views and breakfast was served earlier (I was happy about this).
✓ Definitely my favorite hotel in Armenia! The owner family is super friendly, warm and sweet. The location is great, only 3-5 mins walk to Garni temple and bus station. The view from room and restaurant both are amazing, especially the mountain view. Food is delicious, homemade wine is worthy and the staffs are kind. Decoration makes you feel like at home. Besides accommodation, they provide a great place for birthday party and wedding which everyone could celebrate and enjoy the view of Garni Temple at the same time! Love everything!! Wish I could stay longer. Thank you for the unforgettable memories!

✓ This is a fabulously located hotel with the view over the temples and spectacular panorama. There are 2 terraces from which you can see the view and where you can have breakfast.

✓ I very much enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and had nice views. There is a restaurant which was convenient and the views are amazing. Breakfast was decent, see photo. Location in the town is perfect, very close to bus, taxi and temple but far enough to be quiet. Garni is a great place to stay, has some shops for food/snacks, there are hiking options, and it’s a lovely peaceful mountain town when the tourist crowds have left.
✗ I felt the restaurant was a little overpriced and food quality varied. There was no kettle to use and when I asked for hot water they charged me for it! I understand it was a restaurant, but I was eating my meals at their restaurant and staying in the hotel and they did not provide an alternative. So that didn’t feel right. They don’t speak English but communication works with google translate. Rooms are not soundproofed (so to speak) and hotel room doors have glass in them so if someone else has the light on in their room your room gets a lot of light too which is not great. Towel was quite effective in blocking the light.

✓ I think this accommodation is much better and nicer as on photo, it was good suprise for us. Room was clean, owners was very nice. We couldnt wait for breakfast, so they prepared package for us with food - there was so many bread, eggs, vegetables - so good :) There was the best view from window and also from restaurant. there is nice garden. In the hotel restaurant are good prices and good wine. location is very good - just 8 minutes to Pagan Temple, which we could see from windows and from restaurant and 20minutes from Symphony of stones.

✓ Great location, easy walk to the temple. There is easy and free parking right in front of the house. The breakfast is served in a restaurant with a wonderful view to the hills and the temple.
✗ You can hear everything from other rooms. There was only one other room occupied, but someone was caughing whole night and it was impossible to get a good sleep.
