✓ The guest house is around 30 minutes walking from the city centre, but we really enjoyed our stay in Hayi Tun. Hosts were really attentive and kind. Helped us find the mashrutka to Khdnzoresk and arranged a trip to Tatev. The driver Armen was really nice: he took us to the monastery and showed us around. Totally recommendable!
✓ Food , cleanliness, ambience, hospitality and welcoming people. Next time in Goris , I preferred to stay in this guest house. Happy time and comfortable sleep.
✓ Hayi Tun was an amazing stay in Goris! I spent a wonderful two days there with my friends. Hosts are super friendly and helpful, breakfast is delicious, you can also ask for making a fire there. Best place we stayed in Armenia, thank you!
✓ My friend and me stayed in Hayi Tun Guest House for three nights end of May. We had the best room in the guesthouse and were pretty happy with it. Since the guest house is located in a dead end street, there was no street noise at all and we could sleep with open windows, hence did not even need the air conditioning. The shower worked very well and we always had warm water (drinkable by the way). We also used the kitchen for cooking and it worked perfectly as well. The garden is beautiful and inviting. I definitely need to point out how nice the owners are - we got a present from them upon our departure and when I discovered that I had forgotten several things in our room, they sent it with a bus on the next day to the city where we were staying afterwards. Many thanks for that again!!!
✗ The beds were pretty uncomfortable, which is the only negative thing we can say. With better mattresses it would definitely be a 10 points rating!
✓ Hayi Tun means armenian house, and that's exactly the feeling you'll get upon arrival. Nice, comfy and secluded. Very quiet. The Host Mr. Gerard was incredibly helpful and gave me tips for best timings and other little hints about must-see locations in the area. Sadly I do not speak Armenian (nor Russian), but we were able to communicate nevertheless and everything went really smoothly.

✓ We had a wonderful stay at Hayi Tun guesthouse. Shnorakalutyun Jirair and his family for hosting us.
✗ Nothing
✓ The room was clean and tidy. The view in the morning was amazing when we eat breakfast. The hosts are super warmhearted and tried to solve the problems we encountered during the trip. We have a really good time in Goris and Tatev. If I have a chance to revisit Goris, I will definitely choose Hayi Tun again.
✓ Secluded. Away from the town. A small guesthouse run by the parents of the owner. Small and beautiful stay. The rooms are clean, they provide basic toiletries. The toilets are also clean. There are heaters in the room for winter and AC for the summer. The kitchen is separately located, very clean and well maintained. All the kitchen utensils are available with a fridge, oven, kettle and a stove.
✗ The fact that it is pretty secluded. A little bit hard to find.
