✓ Excellent location and big rooms.
✗ Room maintenance is required - furniture was stained, mould in bathroom, black build-up in shower. I expect more from a 5-star hotel. My room had a sliding door onto a patio but it being on the ground floor, it didn't feel very safe as the sliding door lock was a bit flimsy. Very long walk from reception to the room.

✗ Main entrance lobby was a bit drab. Defiantly stayed in more premium feeling Shangri-la Hotels. The internal shopping area the hotel is connected to is dead. Lots of empty units and no vibrancy.

Our Deluxe Sea View rooms have a tidal sea views. Executive Marina View rooms, Horizon Club rooms and suites (excluding Executive Suite) have the best views of the marina and out to sea and can be enjoyed from your private balcony.

Yes the Exec Suite gets Horizon Club Access included. There is a building built in between us and the cruise terminal, as such you wont be able to see the ship from the rooms.

The normal breakfast rate with the room is only $50 extra than without. There may be other circumstances involved that have raised the price in this instance. I would suggest contacting the building directly for a more accurate answer.

If you have booked a Horizon Club room or higher class of room than it is included in the rate. The canapes and snacks are self serve, and we have someone there to make drinks.

Yes the horizon club has free breakfast included. You have the choice when you have this to eat in either restaurant. The Horizon Club has less choice but is more private, where as the normal restaurant has more choice but open to all for use.
