✓ You can store your bags for free before checkin, 2 free waters every day, and the rooms have a nice view over the city.
✗ The ac didn't work properly, I told the staff, but nothing changed. Everything is a bit old, it's clean but some parts could do for a make over.

Old-style Grandiosity
✓ Old style grandiosity from elevators to chandeliers to sweeping stairways. The lift up to level 32 offers great views. The pool area with lookouts is great to hang out. Price was fantastic. Great job with room service. This was my 4th stay.
✗ Somewhat outdated with regard to technology. The carpet in the hallways really needs a change.
