The views, the polite and friendly staff, the outdoor pool.

The accomodation did not reflect 4 stars. No room cleaning, shower dirty and blocked and when I asked for it to be fixed a very half hearted attempt to fix it happened. To get things such as cushions, towels was complicated and at extra pay. They seem to be running out of towels, bathrobes, sauna sheets, wellness entry cards and so on constantly.
