✓ Staff were very helpful and arranged a bagged breakfast when I went on an early tour. Breakfast was good and the scrambled eggs were lovely. Not for from the main drag in town.

Wonderful location with a great breakfast and value for the location and stay.

✓ Despite the not so great reviews I had a great stay comfortable nice breakfast. View of the lake. You can hear the people in the rooms next door but I only heard people like 2 or 3 times vkee the 5 days I stayed.

✗ terrible little bedroom and suuuuper hot tinny bathroom , no ventilation. it was a twin room and the beds were very little but the sheets were very clean

✓ Breakfast starts at 7:30, a bit late for early flights. A bit tired with stains in carpet but the bed was comfortable

Christmas in Puerto Varas

✓ Hotel has quite an old style, situated on a hill with a beautiful few on a lake and volcanos (if you were lucky to obtain such room - I was). The room was not very big but clean and cozy. I loved the wooden bench just next to the window where I could read a book with amazing view outside. The warm water came almost immediately. Clean towels were available and room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was very tasty and I could even ask for a takeaway breakfast in case of some excursions. Hotel has also a view point up in a tower were guests were allowed (even encouraged) to go. Hotel is located very close to the town's center. The staff at the reception is very nice and helpful. Hotel cooperate with travel agency and it is possible to organize some trips through it.

✗ In many comments I have read that the hotel's best years are over and I have to agree with that. I my opinion it is a bit too expensive for its quality.
