✓ The property is really stylish a boutique hotel in the heart of Playa del Carmen The jacuzzi is a master for your qualitative time after the beach or excursions

✗ Unfortunately I have found a discomfort because few things didn’t work properly like it was the safety box and the air conditioner

They double charge people and dont want to be responsible

✗ they double charged me. I paid through booking.com and then at check in told me i hadnt paid so they charged me again. I thought the other charge was from another hotel but no. Tried to get in touch with this hotel multiple times and no response. Finally they told me they were gonna refund me in cash, drove all the way from Tulum to Playa again and no one in staff knew about my situation. They told me to come 2 hours later, came back and told me to come back in 2 more hours. They said that my bank statement wasnt proof I paid twice. Didnt want me to talk to "their boss" I waited 4 hours only to see another girl fighting for the same issue. PLEASE double check your cards after staying at this place

✓ Nice little Boutique Hotel in a great location. Just in the middle of the action. Near restaurants, bar and shopping stores.

✗ Swiming pool wasn't clean

✓ Beautiful place. If you are looking for a hotel in Playa Del Carmen you should really choose this one. Spot on location, close to 5th ave and the nicest beach. Clean, great breakfast, good service- especially Mary in the reception

✗ Bit noisy in the evening/night because of Bar Loco playing loud music. Bring earplugs.

not worth the money, staff doesnt help

✓ the location was in the centre of PDC, also the roomservice was a big plus.

✗ when it was raining, our whole floor was under water and nobody came to clean it, even though we mentioned it to the staff. this was a big minus! also, the breakfast was not enough, so everyday we had to order more food and pay ourselves. Also, the elevator was broken, in other reviews, I saw that this is a problem for years already. we were in third floor, so this was a shame.

✓ great location and great boutique hotel- massage places within the hotel and coffee so close

✗ not a lot of space for storage and I had a problem with my tap falling off- though the staff fixed this promptly
