Clean. Friendly staff

Just use a yandex when traveling back to Yerevan. The taxi that they recommended was worse than a yandex, cost twice the price and the driver lied about the price and insisted that I paid more than initially agreed once we arrived in Yerevan

The hotel administration charged money for the shower handle saying we broke it, but the reality was that I tried to use it and it appeared in my hands without even managing to do anything with it. If we broke it, it would still be fine to pay, and the amount was not great, just I don't think it was our fault, as it was already broken or not working.

Roads is under construction and so dusty! Staff are less friendly as they dont speak english. Communication was difficult during my stay. Breakfast is fine. Location is good but little far from ropeway.

the location was good and staffs are friendly

the only a big problem is that the hotel were built in 5 floors without elevator which makes harder to climb up the stairs till last floor specially for the adults or the people who has big baggage, there is no belboy to help you.

Disappointing hotel with a staff eager to argue

Given the conditions I mentioned below, the room was clean. It does look that the housekeeping trying to make the place look clean.

We stayed in a Standard room and that was really disappointing. 1. The room - it is a normal sized room, but has no lights. Only one light above the door, and two old and cheap lamps on bed sides, that have pale light. Because of this, the room is quite dark. 2. The linen - the bed sheets and the towels are old and had holes in them. It looks like the owners do not invest money to improve the amenities at all. 3. In the bathroom, the little shower hook was loose, and when I touched it to turn on, it broke. 4. The staff - I informed about the shower hook at the reception, and the lady at the reception started arguing with me. Accusing me, that ''as a guest, it is my duty to check first if everything is okay in the room, and then check-in''. But who goes and checks the hooks immediately? 5. The rules - Before you get the room keys at a check-in, the reception will give you a paper to sign '' in case you break stuff, you pay''. At first, it looked strange to me, but of course I signed, as I have no intention in breaking stuff. But then when the receptionist started really arguing with me, I then understood, that this might be a way of taking money from the guests by putting them in a room with semi-broken items, and then demand payment. 6. Dreadful breakfast - In Armenia, in a land of delicious fruits and vegetables growing in summer, the breakfast was sad and disappointing. No fruits, no veggies, not even a normal juice. They serve rice and lentils for breakfast, and sugar based ''juice''. I understand, it is not the kitchen's problem, it is the management that doesn't invest to provide good service. And kitchen staff politely smiles at guests question ''You don't even have tomatoes?''. I have never seen such a poor breakfast table in Armenia at any hotel. 7. Wifi - poor wifi connection in the room that cannot load a movie. We had to use our own hotspot to watch a movie from the computer.
