✓ It was good to have a kitchen. The location was perfect very close to the old town.

✓ The staff are professial, accommodating of visitors' needs and understanding. Importantly, they do not charge for going an extra mile.

✗ The lack of a lift is a bother, especially for older visitors, as all the rooms are locate on 2nd & 3rd floors. It is a pity that during my stay the restaurant was closed. Only the view of the river and the old Kotor's walls would make for a great experience.

✓ It s in the perfect location, close to everything. Hotel itself nicely surprised me - looks better then expected :). And the breakfasts were exceptional, and nice staff.

Great location

✓ Great location a very short walk from Old Town. When booking I requested a quiet room and the staff fulfilled my request, explaining when they checked me in that they had given me a room facing the quiet direction (which turned out to be accurate). The balcony attached to my room was large and very nice to sit out on in the morning/evening when it was less hot. The windows were well-tinted so that my room stayed cool during the day even though it was very hot and sunny during my stay. There is a supermarket a few minutes' walk from the hotel where you can buy items to put in the empty mini-fridge.

✗ Breakfast was extremely limited (you had the option between a few specific restaurant menu items), and how good the food and service was depended on which chef and server were working that morning. The wifi signal was so weak in my room that I sometimes had to connect my mobile signal to my laptop to be able to use the internet on my laptop. My room had no nightstand so I could not keep my phone and my glasses case beside my bed when sleeping.

FANTASTIC LOCATION AND FANTASTIC HOTEL BUT USE PUBLIC PARKING

✓ The room was outstanding - we had a large balcony overlooking the old town on the canal. It was very comfortable. All the employees were incredibly helpful and we had a very tasty breakfast.

✗ The Parking. If you stay here, you should just park in the parking lot that is less than 1 block away. The employee very kindly came out to show us where to park for the EUR 20 per day parking, but it was an extremely narrow road right next to a canal and I was terrified that the car was going to land in the canal. Perfect stay but just park the car in the public parking and save yourself a heart attack.
