An affordable off-season place in the Vail area

✓ Comfortable room, though kind of an odd layout. The place reminded me more of a cruise ship than a lodge. Reasonably close to things, and easy to locate from the freeway. Check-out staff was pleasant.

✗ The reception staff on arrival seemed rather cold, as if they were doing me a favor. Recited a list of no-nos that didn't apply to the season. Got a "time share" vibe from the place. A false alarm kicked us out for about a half-hour, and staff seemed to have trouble turning the alarm off even after giving us the all clear; had to sit outside because it was just too loud in the room.

Extra convenient, esp for groups of friends.

✓ Super convenient location, right on the Avon Skier shuttle bus stop. also they had an amazing Pho noodle shop and a super nice Ski rental shop right on property. the ski rental shop was amazing and had great customer service!

✗ We rented a 3-bedroom and in one of the bedrooms the shower had no water pressure. also, not the usual spoke-and-wheel configuration. 2 bedrooms lead jnto each other and then into the living room/dining room. Great for large groups, maybe not great for families.

Hi, you can always call into The Christie Lodge to see if we have extended stay rooms available but otherwise what you see on booking.com is what they have available at our lodge.

do you have rates for seniors?

Hi, we do not have any special rates or discounts for seniors, AAA, military etc.

how do I get to beaver creek skiing from your place without a car?

The Town of Avon runs the free skier express shuttle and runs frequently every day. It picks you up at our Front Door and takes you to the base of the slope of Beaver Creek!

Do you guys offer childcare at all?

No, we do not.

Skiing at Vail ,do lift take you up from where your at?

There is no lift at the lodge that takes you to vail, however there is a bus at the lodge that will eventually take you to the lift in vail.

Do u have king beds

what is the resort fee

It is for the use of our amenities, wifi and one parking spot, no trailers and no campers.

Do you include housekeeping everyday ?

We do upon request, however typically housekeeping will only clean after you check out

Do you have locked bicycle storage?

Yes we have locked bicycle storage, ask at the front desk for your key to be able to access the storage locker. I would also recommend just bringing your own lock as well, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items in the storage locker.
