Nice location . It is right next to the town hall. I like the breakfast room. Staff was very nice. Hotel has definitely charme.

The room and the whole hotel needed a makeover. There are definitely too few power plugs for 2023. Some people need to charge their phones. There is a busy street on one side and the windows can not really tilt.

This hotel still has the charme of the soviet aera. That also means not everything is brand new there. I stayed there last summer for one night and chose the same hotel again for one night this summer. It is always my one night break when driving from/to Vienna and Hamburg or Berlin. The location is perfect. From my room (suite) I had a perfect view over the central square. And recently an indian restaurant opend just 100 m away and you get decent indian food there. The hotel is not "hip" or "boutique", but has this old czech flair that I like. The old elevator is gorgeous. They have also a new one now...polished stainless steel. Not so much my taste. The coffee in the café is really good. And my room had a large bath tub that I enjoyed as well.

If the hotels parking lot is full, the hotel has no convenient alternatives. And to book a parking ticket in the nearby car park online is a mess. And you get 3 hours maximum. So, the ticket is only valid until 11 a.m. next morning. They should have a deal with the city to buy a day ticket or so. The furniture in the room was antique. In principle very nice, but arranged in a kind of careless, not very esthaetic way. A little more attention would make it really great. But currently it looks a bit like a second hand funiture storage. Te English of the counter staff could be improved.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The Continental breakfast menu was excellent. The room was comfortable with a great view of the square and city hall building.

I would recommend that if you invest any more in the hotel, that you invest in a few walk in showers. Not necessarily for every room, but if your customers who are disabled or elderly.

Perfectly location, on the corner of old town square, close to all historical attractions, restaurants, shopping malls. A really nice english speaking personal. Fair price to the standard of hotel.

Hotel is situated in the centre of town, has its own parking. Room was clean and quite big, had all needed equipment. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical continental style, tasty.

Nice hotel in the city centre, very clean and recently renovated rooms. Breakfast is good but cheap.

Nice old-style building located in the very center of Liberec. Particularly appreciated the 12-noon check-out after a long night out. Cool breakfast bar downstairs!

Very good location near the city hall. Old building with spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. Reception open 24/24.

The mattress was not thick enough to let you forget that the bed-spring was just a wooden brett. Limited facilities.

Hotel at the central place! Nice view and a concert on the place to go or listen to! One of these hotels that still have the charm of the Soviet Aera, and I mean this positive! Huge (!!) room with a lot of space for seating. Friendly personal. All major restaurants in walking distance, parking lot secured and private at the hotel. Spacious and very modern bathroom with large bathtub for up to three. And the pricetag is bargain.

Well, it is not "modern stylish" and the carpets are a bit old. Furniture is a mix from IKEA to antique. But, as I said, it has this charm of (have been) the first house in town.

The location is great, very close to the center and transportation. The staff was really nice and helpful, and they were fluent in English (a very positive aspect considering the difficulty to engage in a conversation/make a request in the city of Liberec). Although it’s an old building, the room has great conditions and it was very clean and warm. The room where I stayed looked better than the photos on the property profile.

It could have more utilities in the room. The restaurant closed very early (it may be a cultural aspect, most of the commerce and properties are pretty much closed after 8pm).

My room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom fine. Breakfast (hot and cold buffet) was also good (though extra to room price) and served in a lovely spacious dining room, so plenty of room.

The lift is something of a museum piece though all of a piece with a charming old hotel built in the era of high ceilings and so on. It is rather slow-running so allow plenty of time if you are waiting for it and due to catch a tram or bus. I feel that the location description on Booking.com could be improved. It wasn't that easy to find - and the hotel sign is so big you can miss it! Instead of giving its location as being in Zelezna street (most streets do not carry name-plates and locals don't know of it), why not say it is located on the NW corner of Benes Square. Everyone knows where Benes Square is - it's a focal point of the old town.

The room was nice, very nice view (which is also connected to the location). Breakfast was the typical take-what-you-want style, average selection of meals, standard. The location in the city center is very good, everything is in walking distance.

The only point here would be a bit noisy bathroom fan.
