✓ Great location close to the bus stop, the Restaurants and the park with th bars. the room looks like a little gem. Nice decoration and spacious. The breakfast was also good. The stuff was very friendly and I got two welcome water bottles in the room.

✗ The small towels weren't clean and there was no hot water. I tried in the night and the morning and didn't get hot water. In the night when I came back all the outside doors were locked. I couldn't get in and of course, I panicked.. after some time of waiting and trying to open the door the security guy saw me and let me in. He was very kind but the stuff didn't tell me they would lock the door. Also no one spoke any word of English. If I would go again I would probably try something else.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY WITH EXCELLENT STAFF

✓ the staff was courteous. Karla at the from desk was super professional, Ana the manager was excellent on preparing the rooms and the Watchman (aka : the watchi ) was always ready to help. The breakfast was good and the service provided by Sagrario and Ray was amazing. I will go back.

✗ The property was great but the city noise is a little uncomfortable.
