✗ The lobby order 4 taxi for a group of 12 to go tour La Comuña 13. Everyone in my group paid between 23,000-25,000 pesos and my taxi driver charge me 63,000 and didn’t even drop me off at the exact location. I came back to hotel complaint about it and they were going to report the driver to the taxi company and their security was going to look into it. I never heard back from the hotel lobby or the outcome of the situation.

✓ Great facility. Staff is outstanding! This is my second time at this hotel. Good price, good service and good brunch! Also the advantage of having a great mall in the back and able to go in and out with the hotel key.

✗ No many toiletries anymore. The hotel looks very simple.
