Awful. Avoid at any cost. Read other negative reviews & pay attention to the hotel's replies!

✓ Nothing. They bother only about their fake rating & money, not about their guests.

✗ Some of the rooms have no window, except a small one overlooking the corridor, no sunlight and no fresh air! Isn’t it cheating? And they also lie, advertising a room having a sauna, while sauna is in the basement on request. They also advertise free wine and champagne on check-in, that is also false. And they make coffee for the guests at reception in a toilet! I'm not joking - it is a toilet for receptionist, where there is a small kitchenette with a kettle, while the sink & W/C are not separated! They should be prosecuted at least by sanitary inspection for that.

Never again.

✓ Clean room.

✗ Very small rooms. Closet is very very small. Have to live from your luggage which you have nowhere to put. Receptionist is right in your face as soon as you open your door. No privacy. Pool access is through their restaurant. Never used it. Curtains not enough to cover the entire window. People can look into your room from the restaurant. Restaurant right outside your window so it was open and noisy until 2-3 am.

Good value for money with one unpleasant experience

✓ Spacious apartment with AC in each room, which was necessary during hot Yerevan summer. Well equipped. Room cleaned each day. Pool in a basement for refresh.

✗ We were woken up at 3 AM by knocking on the door, windows, calling on a phone from reception, because there were switches for electricity in our room, which they needed to switch on. It was extremely unpleasant. They could have mentioned it on beginning of our stay. All the rooms are on the ground level, therefore do not expect any view. We were fine with it.

Nice place to stay for a night or two

✓ Staff was very nice and willing to help. Very responsive. The hotel is close to everything, plenty of bars and breakfast place around it.

✗ The window doesn't look on the street but in the corridor, not to much light/privacy because of it. Also it is on the ground floor of a residential building and soundproofing is not excellent, I could hear lots of mechanical noise at night for some reason, but I am a light sleeper.

✓ Location is great in the middle of city everything is close to it. great place for stay. there is also a small pool and sauna and you can use it freely 24/7. Rooms are new and clean. Stuff is helpful and you can ask them anything. If you are travelling with car there isn't closed parking spot but you can park car near hotel you will find the place somewhere close to hotel.

Hello dear guest, we are sorry but we have one room only with balcony where you will be allowed to smock , if the dates are match and the room will be avaleble.
