The staff is also friendly and accommodating, contributing to a positive experience. Additionally, the breakfast is served at an appropriate time.

✗ In my opinion, the lighting in the hotel room is quite dim, and it gives off a rather dark atmosphere. I would recommend increasing the lighting or providing more options for different levels of brightness, allowing guests to choose their preferred ambience.

Comfortable stay.

✓ Comfortable and clean. Nice views of the River Kwai and the Kanchanaburi hills form the balcony. Good location next to street with amenities such as restaurants and laundry.

Excellent staff, view and location but poor quality rooms

✓ The hotel was nice from the outside, breakfast restaurant nice and modern along with the open air lobby. Views were also beautiful- every room had a view of the river. The staff are very friendly and helpful, in particular front desk staff, a person called Time was lovely, helped me with arranging my days and made suggestions on attractions. Breakfast was fresh with an egg station, bacon and sausages and the usual Thai dishes. Location is good too, close to everything.

✗ The rooms are awful, very tired looking and a little dirty, I had dead bugs everywhere, and a roach crawled under the bed. Beds were hard, pillows hard. Towels and bathrobes looked 100 years old and felt it too. Very worn out. The rooms and bathroom are in dire need of an update. More like two star rooms in a four star hotel. Also they count and charge for everything in your room, I asked for an extra coffee cup which I was told there’s a charge for. They are very particular about what they provide and think people are going to steal their worn out towels! House keeping was inconsistent with the rooms too, placing things all over the place every time. Also the restaurant closes at 6pm. So no dinner or drinks. It’s a shame as the hotel looks great from the outside but inside the rooms unacceptable. Too pricey for the bad quality of rooms.

The pool - was a little bit around the corner. - But the beach was good anyway.
