Pick a room with air conditioning and I was in paradise!!
✓ Awesome staff, Very near the Bus Terminal. Great helpful staff, thank you for facilitating my usd to Colombian peso exchange offsite. Having my cell phone serviced offsite and fantastic chats and shared meals! I love it!
✗ This is around the commercial zone , so expect the hustle and bustle of commerce noise and life on the hotel balcony.

Exceptional
✓ Only spent one night in this hotel but everything was fine. It was perfectly located for me as 5min walk from the bus station. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. And above all the staff was great, I was able to leave my bag for 3 days and then pick it up without any problem.
✗ This may not be the quietest neighborhood in Cúcuta.
