✓ The room was comfortable, a bit dark and dingy but adequate. Distance to Zion was about 30minutes so not too bad. Breakfast options were OK, the pancake mix dispenser was a bit odd (can't be healthy) but they turned out OK. There are cereal options but there's no one there to help.
✗ Plastic cutlery and polystyrene plates were just awful! Not only bad for the environment but also made for an unpleasant eating experience.

✗ Couldn't be helped but we were on the second floor corner room and for the first few hours we could not cool down the room. Weather outside and sun facing the window were against us.

✓ Nice installation. Well equiped. The swimming pool seems nice, though we didn't use it. Breakfast was basic but good.
✗ The entrance hall has a couple of sofas, however it isn't a quiet place for reading or wanting to stay for long. Fridge made noises.

good place as base to explore Zion
✓ convenient place to stay, if you want to be decently close to Zion. The staff was friendly, the room was big and clean (for overseas people's standard). Breakfast was ok.
✗ The rooms must be better soundproofed because I could hear a lot of noises and chat from the people staying in the room next to mine in the evening
