she is a client who came alone, so we prepared the 4-person Suite for her in 2 people so that she has more space, but her attitude and in addition she treats us like thieves because she wanted the suite of 4. so I took the key from him and gave him the key to the suite again 4. Then this person had no fear of anything given that he was going to come to the hotel and the cafeteria, to more the day of her arrival she gave me the papers of a reservation she had in another hotel. If we had the opportunity to rate customers as they can rate us, this person is not at all recommendable and not at all honest, so again I warn that this client is very bad liver. I would like to point out that the story of this very unpleasant customer is totally false. She had a very inappropriate behavior and moreover I never found myself alone in the presence of this client there was at each discussion a person from the staff who accompanied me as well as many clients who were present, so I just file a complaint against this person for defamation as well as with booking, which does not wish to withdraw this very violent comment, which undermines my personal image. but this type of comment is considered as an experience of a traveler, even if all this is a huge lie
