Great fun with great friends
✓ Martin was excellent and gave us great advice on local pubs and restaurants. The location was walking distance from the old town and park which was a lovely place to walk the dog and watch the world go by. The old church provides a picturesque background and there are several great coffee shops overlooking the area, plus a number of decent pubs.
✗ Hemel is looking worn at the edges these days, suffering like many town centres outside of the more affluent areas of England, so sad to see its decline since I worked in the area 30 years ago.

✓ First, thank you Martin for meeting us and the warm welcome. The apartment is very clean,spacious,light, and warm. Well equipped with washing machine, iron, and lovely lovely fridge freezer.Thank you for milk and water on arrival, lovely touch. Bedding clean and plenty of room. Beds and seating comfortable. Bathroom also fantastic...we were generally delighted. So close to the town and so many walking spaces in the area. Definitely would visit again.
✗ So recommendations...crockery needs a restock, plates glasses didn't match. 3 tea spoons and no can opener was a little annoying. The dining table is not big enough, we really struggled for space on the table. Another chair in the lounge area would have been welcome and some additional lighting nice. You have an amazing space however some additional touches would improve it. The shower head needs looking at also. None of this would stop us visiting again just some thought to gain you an overall 10.....thank you again for the efficiency of the booking process. Kind Regards

✓ Stayed for a long weekend whilst visiting Harry Potter Studio tour. This apartment is in a great location 15min drive from the studio and 2minute walking distance into Hemel hempstead centre where all of the shops are. The apartment was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations, loads of space and very comfy beds! The hosts were super attentive and were able to help with our every need at a moments notice. Would definitely look to book this place again if we ever revisited

Hi, we provide weekly housekeeping (cleaning and bed linen/towel change). Extended stays are possible, subject to availability.

No, stair access only. Level 0 is parking, with apartments on Levels 1 and 2. We do have other properties also in Hemel Hempstead (same location) - Handleys Court and KD Tower - which do have elevator access.

Yes, all bookings we require a security/damage deposit. We place a hold on either a credit or debit card (we do not take any funds) - £250. This is then cancelled on check out, assuming all is fine with the apartment.

At Oval View, yes, the main bedroom can either be 2 x single (twin) or king. 2nd bedroom is King only. Two of the apartments also have option of twin/king in 2nd bedroom too

One free space is allocated per apartment. Additional spaces available on request, subject to availability & small nightly charge. At Oval View, parking is very limited but we may be able to offer an extra space at our nearby Handleys Court property

Hemel Hempstead train station is a 10 min walk. Asda supermarket is a 5 minute walk.

Hello, we have apartments on levels 1 and 2, there are no ground floor apartments at this property (stair access only). We do have another property Handleys Court which has lift access all floors.
