A memorable stay close to the beach. Worth for the money spent.
✓ Room with the view to the ocean was something we really liked and enjoyed. Staff was friendly and checking in process was very fast. Breakfast was good too.

✗ Ran a bit awkwardly. Every interaction felt like I was doing something wrong. Seems like it was a really nice hotel in the 90s and is now just staying afloat. It's in a weird location on the beach and also not easily accessible to town. Overall just odd..

✓ main property looks nice, lagoon view property is older and a bit random but still rooms were clean and value for money
✗ the staff were pretty rigid about a lot of things! felt like they had no flexibility to do anything to accommodate guest requests and instead had to follow a set routine / process

Nice beachfront hotel
✓ The pool was very nice, breakfast was also very good. We received an upgrade to a seaview room. The room was very large and spotlessly clean. The hotel is located right on the beach.
✗ The location is NOT on Mirissa Beach and is somewhat isolated. My room had a nice bathroom although the hotel is rather old. There are bay view rooms outside of the hotel complex which didn't look so nice.

✗ Electricity issue, the amount they are charging the hotel must provide backup. The location is near sea so it's hot and hard to live with hot temperature.
