✓ Great hotel in a top location, in the middle of everything. The staff is very professional and they speak great English. I asked for ice several times and was brought right away. The bed and bedlinen were top quality. Worth booking a junior suit, amazing views. I left a bracelet by accident and they notified me right away and offered to send it. Would happily stay again
✗ there was plenty of lights but two of them had broken light bulbs, but did not bother me so I did not mentioned it

A true representation of 'hospitable' Yerevan
✓ The location of the hotel, the excellent breakfast, the wonderful room. But the staff were the jewel in the crown. They were incredibly well informed, professional but approachable and friendly.
✗ There is nothing I can point at. It was really a very pleasant hotel to stay in.
