Absolutely wonderful stay in a gem of a hotel with a lavish wellness center. Highly recommended!
✓ I was lodged in an appartment somewhat separate from the hotel, it was convenient and clean but not "wow". The breakfast was absolutely fabulous and even more amazing and unexpected was the access to the truly giant wellness complex, which was included in the room rate. There are literally 8 different saunas and a special session every 1,5 hours. The outside pool was clean and empty when I used it. The sun was already setting, but people were still using the bubble baths which were lighted from the inside. You then get a nice overview over different terraces and the pool below. I will be coming back here both for business purposes in Luxembourg as well as personal time off.
✗ There was a bag of chips at the desk in the room, I thought this was a gift from the hotel next to the bottle of water. It turned out to be you needed to pay for this, as well as for the rest of the items in the fridge. This is an unnecessary sales trick I don't like.

the spa was nice but stress level was high on arrival late at night, tax was 80 euros from Remich!

✗ The taxi driver got lost and so my bill was triple the cost after 11pm in the evening and there was no kettle in the room. Also there was no option for a coffee in the morning without 25 euro breakfast.

Comfortable room, excellent food, lovely spa complex.
✓ Main thing was that I was upgraded to the main hotel, which helped in looking after my grand-daughter (my daughter was staying in the main hotel). Also meant restaurant was easily accessible and the spa.
✗ For the spa day it would have been good to have been advised that showers and lockers were available in the spa complex - I mistakenly changed in the 'vestiare' near the luggage store.

Bonjour, Oui pour une réservation wonderbox à la villa welcome pas de soucis, il y aura simplement un supplément de 10€ par nuit et il faudra bien le mentionner dans la réservation. Excellente journée, La réception.

Good morning, Since Wednesday you can purchase tickets in our website to use our facilities directly without staying in our Hotel for 2h a day. If you book a room, you can get 2h too included on the Hotel rates. Best regards.

Hi, Kids are allowed in Parc Hotel on Junior Suite category with parents for 60.-€ per night and per child. They can use 36° pool with parents also but the rest is forbidden under 16 years old with direct access from Parc Hotel with no restrictions.
