✓ Really nice accomodation, top floor rooms had a nice view of the pool areea and beach, very clean and nicely designed. Food at the resturuant was amazing, nothing better than getting some pool side drinks and tasty food. It was well located, easy to get to from the ferry, and lots of good resturuants close by. Receptionist was amazing gave great insight into activities which can be arranged by the hotel for convenience.

✗ For the amount of people the hotel can accommodate there were not enough sun beds. People would always just out their towels down first thing in the morning and you could not find a sun bed. The only reason is because they have premium sun beds which you have to pay extra, I really think because of the number if regular sun beds available they should open up all sun beds to the guests so every one can have a bed

Great location for a few nights stay!

✓ Well located. Room was very small. Food at the hotel was ok but a very limited menu for dinner. The included breakfast was ok.

✗ The service at the restaurant and beach area was not great! Hard to even get a drink! Pool outside our room was closed for two days….. no real explanation but could not use.

Good place to stay with walking distance to city centre and beach bars.

✓ I like the location and comfy rooms. Also, the place was quiet at night which is always a bonus in a very popular location. Overall very good stay. The food was amazing and the breakfast especially had a good variety.

✗ The restaurant needs to adjust the hours of operation. I witnessed guests trying to order menu items but the restaurant was already closing and it was still early. The same goes for breakfast. With so many excursions around, it is easy to miss breakfast since it is only from 8 to 10:30.

This place is a dream. Super comfortable rooms and beach club. You never have to leave.

✗ We were in Rm 205 on our first night and the loud music from Club Tribu was unbearable.

✓ location, food, amazing restaurant staff, the breakfast menu (extra cost) because I didn’t like the included buffet breakfast, clean beach

✗ slightly noisy at night, but ear plugs were provided .. no beach umbrellas

✓ The hotel was cute, clean, and our room was easily accessible on the first floor. The beach was a 10 second walk, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
