A total disappointment and I hope CWT removes this hotel from the list

✓ The only good thing about the hotel is its location.

✗ The breakfast is horrible, the options are very bad, the service is slow, the staff are grumpy, and I found a hair in my omelet. I asked to wash a shirt and paid an additional fee of 50% to have it delivered by 8:00 pm the same day, however the shirt was not delivered and I had to call reception to have it delivered at 10:32 pm as I would go on a trip the next morning

Pleasant

✓ Manuel at the front desk did his best to help me with taxi and all other needs.

✗ I came from France and no adaptator were available.

Not worth the money, won't come back or recommend.

✓ Close to the mall and taxi pick up location. Laundry.

✗ They were hosting a Brazilian youth sports delegation which had a lot of loud music, conversations, banging on the walls. The air conditioning system was not working and slept uncomfortable. The check out process was slow and clumsy, the reception girl kept asking for things that were irrelevant to the check out process, it took 15 minutes to check out and almost missed my bus. She was clumsy and was being very dissapointing as she does not respect the customers time. I would fire her as soon as possible.

Incredible surroundings!

✓ It was confortable, clean and really nice views.

✗ The parking should be having another way of open not only calling the guard.

Nice hotel with a few things to improve

✓ The front desk people were super friendly and helpful most of the time. The rooms are big and well equipped

✗ The swimming pool is only accessible by elevator, no emergency exit in case of emergency would be a dead trap. The mattresses are super hard (I personally didn't like it but my friends were OK) the pillow were super slim and not confortable. Finally the service at the restaurant was at least inefficient.

Disappointing

Wonderful place, excellent staff.

✓ The view from the room was beautiful, staff very kind and efficient at all times, location is excellent: just 5 minutes away from downtown; to avoid noisy traffic, and across the street from a great shopping center and a huge park. Covid protocoles are strictly observed, so that adds a feeling of safe place.

✗ Terrace pool is too small, although the terrace indeed is very nice with an unforgettable view of the river and green areas.
