Great Value and location. Great Staff too!!!

✓ Check in was easy despite some hiccups with the number of rooms i booked but sorted in 2 mins. Check in guy was nice' Breakfast was good.

Love the place!

✓ A class act establishment. Management and staff were 6 Star! The low season rates make this a must stay for a visit during the pre-winter months. Buffet breakfast was to die for. A great way to start off the day.

Exceptional

✓ Picking this hotel was my best decision when visiting Punta Arenas. It was right in the city center, a 3-minute walk to the beach and Plaza de Armas. The exterior and interior were beautiful, and the room heater was all running perfectly; the bed was comfortable, and they had sinks in both the bathroom and the bedroom area. The room's size was perfect, not big but not too small. It fits well for two people, but as I was alone, it was even better. The view was good, and the breakfast was unexpectedly AMAZING. You can go to all the good restaurants within walking distance.

✗ I only spent one night. I would have spent at least three days if I knew this property and the city would be that nice.
