Amazing staff and hotel

✓ My stay was great. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, they made my stay extra special. The hotel is modern, clean and stunning. The facilities were all well kept and clean. The breakfast was also very good. I'd only say I felt a little out of place as a solo traveller, as it's a very romantic place haha.

Disappointing

✓ Nice and clean rooms, hotel is nicely located with a beautiful sea view, good music at the pool area

✗ We were able to check-in earlier at 10 am already, however the room was not ready since the third bed and towels in our „deluxe three bed room“ were missing. After complaining several times they told us that the room will be ready 1 hour later. Unfortunately, also after 7 hours the room was still not ready. At the reception nobody took any responsibilities for the delay nor apologized for the inconviences, until the manager arrived. Later in the evening drinks were offered to us, however without mentioning why. Furthermore, the room was not cleaned the next day. We had to ask the reception twice and at 18:00 they managed to finally clean the room. The single bed in our room was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Overall it can be said that the hotel staff (receptionists and manager in particular) is unexperienced and unprofessional. They did not react appropiately when we had to complain about all the mentioned issues. The hotel is in great need of improvement to live up to its 4 Stars.

For a Great Vacation

✓ I enjoyed everything! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. A great customer care level. The sea is amazing and from my room I had a beautiful view. All furnitures are new. I can say that the resort exceeded my expectations and I simply recommend if you want to have valuable time.

Great facilities, but bad customer service

✗ Service, hotel not yet completely ready, service personnel completely overwhelmed, simple things were missing (such as signalling which bathroom is for men and which for women, or having a trash bin in the bathrooms). Everything took very long, for example ordering a coffee during breakfast took 30 mins. If they don’t fix the service part, they’ll not survive.
