✓ Liked the location and the twin beds versus bunk beds.
✗ Booked a bed in a four person room and he wasn’t willing to accommodate and put me in a six person. Discovered four of the five people in the room booked a four person room and one didn’t.
✓ Location good.
✗ Single room had shower inside the room with only a glass divider. It was dark cold and damp. Felt like sleeping in a bathroom.
✓ Single beds and no bunk beds. 5 people per dorm
✗ There did not seem to be a kitchen or laundry room. When I approached the property looking for the sleeping accommodations the Spanish woman hostess began to lead me to another Hostel. Until an Spanish speaking pilgrim walking the Camino was able to interpret for me. The hostess then lead me to her reception desk. I was signed in and pointed to the direction if my dorm and bed. I found it difficult to find the dorm as no way finding signage was present. The hostess was not able to communicate to me in English clearly and give adequate directions to whatever facilities the hotel/hostel had in place.
✓ The location, decor, dinner, host, cleanliness and warm welcome.
✗ I loved everything.
✓ Booked dorm room but got my own. Nice place
✓ Superb stay here. Good location. Nice restaurant . No bunks. Clean sheets and fluffy towels and en suite in 4 bed room . Very quiet, slept in! Nice staff.
✗ Nothing
✓ The rooms were modern and clean, including an aircon. I also loved the skylight, looking at the stars. So beautiful. The staff were kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
✗ NA
✓ I was very ill and they immediately gave me a private room, about 4 hours before official check-in so I could go to sleep. They were very concerned about me and were very kind.
✗ The shower sprays water all over the room. Maybe a shower curtain or door? I also was not aware that there was a heater in the room until very early in the morning and it was very cold that night. Perhaps someone could have turned it on for me or shown me how to do it?
