✓ The location, staff, room... Its all very good, I really liked e enjoyed this hotel.

Great location and staff - would stay again!
✓ Very clean, extremely nice, professional and helpful staff, great location, in a quiet alley just off the busy street, right opposite to the lake.
✗ Stairs needed to be taken to get to the room (from the elevator). The view from the window was a building next door.

great location, beautiful view on the lake
✓ the location was great, we had the room with the lake view, which was amazing. the staff was friendly and helpful, we arrived later than working hours, so they left us clear instructions on how to collect our keys, easy check-in process. the room is a bit outdated, but we liked the view, cleanness and the bathroom was very good and clean. there was a little balcony with chairs, sitting in the morning during sunrise is very beautiful and romantic :)
✗ the room had strong oily smell when we entered, but we opened all windows and it went away pretty quickly. not sure where it came from though.

Self Catering Apartment for those who want it near to Railway station
✓ The apartment was very good with two single rooms and a Double room which at our request was made up with two single beds. Kitchen was useful and so we purchased food in the Coop by the Railway station and made our own breakfast. The hotel offers breakfast as an extra cost for those who want it. plenty of Italian restaurants in the area.
✗ The lift was rather small so we had to make two trips for our group of 4 people. The lift is also next to the rooms but appeared quite in operation.
