✗ I had paid for a premium room and when I got there they were overbooked and gave me a room in building 2, same access to pool, etc, but the old building which smells odd and looks really old, not a pleasant experience.

Relaxing, comfortable, and amazing resort with great amenities.
✓ The room and the pool were excellent. They exceeded my expectations. Daily housekeeping, cold AC, and excellent customer service.
✗ The food. Honestly I was expecting better quality food. There were barely any fresh juices. It was all artificial, I expect an all inclusive resort to have fresh squeeze juices at every meals. Also the buffet pretty much recycled the same food and they lacked flavor and Seasoning. The food was my only negative about this resort.

✓ Absolutely nothing. Waiting for booking.com and the property to get back to me regarding a refund
✗ The room and premises were so vile and filthy that we left after 12 hours on account of the filth, black mold, dust, human hair, and holes in the room. We didn’t feel safe due to these health hazards and the property did nothing. Still waiting for booking.com and the property to contact me back regarding a refund
