✓ Udara is a great place to relax and enjoy time for yourself. The retreat package gives you everything you need: yoga, exercise, healing, spa treatment, amazing fresh food and really good service. It’s a quiet paradise.

✗ Seseh beach is not your typical tropical paradise location, but the property has everything you need and you can always spend some days in other locations in the island.

Amazing!

✓ Beautiful place, right in front of the beach. Luxurious bedroom and toilet. Amazing facilities for yoga and meditation, and open air spa. Great food!! Warm up relaxing pool.

✗ Very isolated. I went there just for rest and yoga. If you are looking for something else, there’s not. Sauna, jacuzzi… facilities a bit weird. It’s not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

✓ Everything you can want is here in this unique magical space. Think more ‘sacred’ than pure pamper. If that’s you -then book it! And food amazing too.

Quirky, great food and massages and healing sessions.

✓ It's a crazy kind of place in terms of the architecture, but it works and the woner is onsite a lot which makes a difference. It was a bit tricky figuring out what everything was. Ie the sauna is inside a fabulous big turtle where you'd never look! I wasn't given an intro to how to use all the plunge pools, where the main rooms were etc. A few of us were left wandering around trying to figure it out so a welcome tour would be great. It's cute, fabulous sunsets and the massages are fantastic.

✗ Two key things. 1. The pool area has two issues. The pool itself with the swim up bar is soooo cold. No one used it except for a quick dip. Also there are no lounges for realaxing around the pool. There are some beanbags on a grassed area though. I got used to it, but it was a shock. 2. I reallise this is a retreat but they say on the website you can get a drink and you can choose a detox or not. Their menu has several cocktails etc but the bar couldn't make anything. They had no vodka, whisky, gin...only tequila. There are alcohol shops down the road but it took two days to get replaced. Don't bother with the wine at the restaurant. I didn't expect high quality (it's tricky all over Bali to be fair), but it really wasn't nice. I had to leave the white after a few sips.
