✗ Bed ...verey very bad. I could not sleep for 2 nights , the mattress was very bad quality . I asked to replace without success. The workers , very polied Try to cover it with some material to make it comfortable but did not works for me . It was a petty ..

Definitely recommend!
✓ Great place to stay en route to Calais, I booked a single room and it was perfect for one person. Staff were very helpful also. Next time I'd make use of the kitchen area instead of eating out. Lovely place, definitely recommend.
✗ The only thing would be the breakfast, expensive for what is to offer but that could be personal preference as not a big fan of continental breakfasts anyway.

Pleasant, convenient and functional.
✓ The location for me is excellent - next door to the spa Calicéo and walking distance to the Zenith. Plenty of secure parking, efficient lifts, courtyard garden, reception open most of the day. My room was quite spacious (for 1 person) with a large opening window.
✗ Kitchen is only really big enough to heat up food and not very well equipped. There was no bin or cleaning stuff, but these were available on request.

Perfect spot in Pau.
✓ The front desk was stunning and totally helpful. Easy to park, with private parking. Great communication in all ways.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet location.
✓ This is an excellent choice, especially if you want to cater for yourself and are not bothered about being in the centre of Pau. For me, the location is good but it may not be to everyone's taste especially if you've come to see the historic centre of the city. As I've stayed here before I knew what to expect: a really clean mini apartment, with really great facilities, and run by supremely professional people.
