wanting to hire out for a large group of people for wedding accomodation. just wondering how many cabins are available?

Hi there, we have 7 cabins in total some of which have various people capacity. In total we can hold about 40-45 people.

Hi there, No, sorry this is not an option. Full payment must be paid at least one month prior to the booking stay, or at date of booking if within the month.
It is cheaper to book and pay via our internet site

Is there heating during winter in the  house premises?

Hi there, yes we have a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in each cottage. These work well to both heat and cool. There is also a ceiling fan in the longe area.

Hi - I was just checking that your playground area and trampoline is still in use with COVID?

It's still in use. We ask that only one family be on the trampoline and playground at the one time and not to share people on it due to the virus.

I want to reserve . But still got to make some confirmations with friends and family.  Do you charge anything for reservation. How much if any?

Hi there, you can reserve and cancel booking anytime without penalty up until about one month prior to your stay. Otherwise just wait until you can confirm with friends and family and then book.

thanks for earlier response. just want to know reservation price and how it works since says non refundable just in case given the current situation

Hi there, prices vary depending on where you book through. 
We don't normally issue refunds just because you change your mind or don't want to come. As we are a farmstay we have plenty of space and it's easy to distance yourself from other guests. As the Island is a small population you are probably safer here than most other cities and crowded places.

can we fit in 13 adults and four 5 kids if we select comfort triple room* 2 quantity? really love this place. Says sleep*9 in comfort triple room?

Hi there,
The 3 bedroom cottage, sleeps up to 9 people. It has in one bedroom a Queen size bed, in the second bedroom we have a Double bed and 1 x Single bed and in the third bedroom we have 2 x Single beds and 2 x Single trundle beds. 
So if you had 2 of our 3 bedroom cottages you would have 14 beds in total and be able to sleep up to 18 people.
