Comfortable, good location
✓ Breakfast was good and I liked that it was served around a table with other guests. The location was great - I walked into the Christchurch CBD one day in 30 mins or so, but it was also an easy bus ride to and from with a couple of route options available. Comfortable bed and friendly hosts.
✗ Very small bathroom and the only mirror was in the bathroom.

✓ The two hosts, were very helpful with information. Breakfast was a good experience, and social the way it was set up. Certainly made you feel comfortable where you were staying.

Yes Wifi , bathroom is subject to which room you booked. Some are private some are share. Please make sure you booked a room with private bathroom, as share bathroom options are not popular. People think they are easy going ended up not happy.

We can book a shuttle for you to get to our place from the airport. This is not a free shuttle service unless booking.com is offering a free service as a promotion. The tourist tax is charged at the border I believe.

We can accommodate 2 couples in our house and 2 couples (a double room each) in our cottage next door. We are happy to provide a nice continental breakfast for everyone (no extra cost) served to you in our breakfast room.

Hello Bernadette. Yes, Designer Cottage is located in a quiet suburban area not far from the city centre. Although we are only a few hundred metres from the main arterial roads, due to our positioning we do not encounter much noise.

Unfortunately we do not have rooms with separate beds. Our share bathroom room options are not suitable for after hours check in, but, we can arrange self check for our ensuite rooms and our cottage.
