✓ Good breakfast. Lots of choice for vegetarians. Fresh and tasty

✗ The coffee facilities in the room were lousy. The only milk provided was Cremora, which tastes like plastic. No hair conditioner was provided. Not much TV channel choice

Best hospitality & friendliness in the entire Sandton.

✓ Phenominal staff. Exceptionall reception, helful ess & general helpfulness. Best service I have experienced in Sandton & surrounds and I travel regularly. Cookies in the room was a nice touch. The GM was also visible and accessible which was a nice touch too. I will be back!!

✗ Would have liked a bigger working space in my room, as well as a bath. Real milk & not just cremora would also have been a nice. But not a deal breaker

✗ There is no fridge in the rooms, no complimentary water. With that high rate , water must be provided and a fridge to keep refreshments in the room
